About

This is me, in my element - photographing (preferably food but anything that catches my eye), surrounded by good company and creating lasting memories.

I was born in England, raised in Asia and have been living in New York City for the past 7 years - just on the cusp of being a “true New Yorker.” Because of my background, I call myself a chameleon - easily adapting to any situation and get a thrill out of constant change.

I have always been a “visual person,” choosing to look at the pictures in a book rather than focusing on the text. I love symmetry, things perfectly lining up and the marriage of shapes and colors. In the last 10 years, I have preferred to be behind the lens, instead of in front of it.

I graduated from New York University in 2017 with a Bachelor of Arts in Food Marketing and a minor in Chinese. I now work as the Social Media Manager for Chef Daniel Boulud’s restaurants which involves content creation and management for 9+ restaurant brands.

The stories, experiences and relationships I tell are visual whether it be a place, food, ingredient, event or object.
